Before you write
Can my partner or doula come to the visit?
Yes. A partner, support person or doula is welcome in the room.
What if I need to cancel?
Please call us as early as you can if you need to change a visit. Ask the front desk about our cancellation policy.
Is this form for health questions?
No. Please keep medical details out of it. Dr. Lofton talks with you about your health at the visit, and for anything urgent you should call us or your OB or midwife.
